SHIPPING POLICY

At Bleu Renn, each piece is crafted and prepared with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

  • Courier Service: All orders are dispatched via trusted courier services. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.
     

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. As every piece is unique, costs vary accordingly.
     

  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery dates are provided as estimates and may vary due to material availability, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Bleu Renn will communicate any significant changes to your schedule.
     

  • Access & Site Requirements: Please ensure adequate access to your premises for delivery or installation. If delivery cannot be accepted on the scheduled date, storage fees may apply after a seven-day grace period.
     

  • Storage Fees: A weekly storage fee of $300 or the prevailing market rate (whichever is greater) applies for orders not accepted within the grace period.
     

  • Inspection on Arrival: All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We recommend you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Any damage or shortages must be reported by email to hello@bleurenn.com at the time of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each Bleu Renn piece is made to order, ensuring it perfectly complements your space. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or variations in natural materials.

  • Cancellations:
    Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order only if production has not yet commenced.
    Once production begins, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
     

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
    All custom and made-to-order pieces are final once production starts. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges can be accepted.
     

  • Natural Variations:
    Many of our materials, such as timber, stone, leather, and fabric, feature natural variations in colour, grain, and texture. These are not considered defects but part of each piece’s unique character.
     

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@bleurenn.com immediately upon delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
     

  • Refunds:
    Refunds are only issued if Bleu Renn is unable to fulfil your order.
     

  • Verified faulty items will be assessed, and where appropriate, repaired or replaced at Bleu Renn’s discretion in accordance with our 12-month warranty.

All Bleu Renn pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against material defects under normal domestic use.


This warranty excludes general wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow provided Care Instructions.
